The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer (see the Terms and Conditions).
⁕ The purchased product may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same manner as the product may be tested in a physical store.
⁕ The withdrawal form must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
