New, with tags, but tried on! Intended for a child aged about 9-11 years, but fits well on a head up to about 57 cm!
Head circumference approx. 23x2 cm, stretches up to approx. 28x2 cm.
Definitely more comfortable for a smaller head, but can be worn by an adult for a short time!
Not an authentic retro hat!
