New, with tags, but tried on!
Designed for a child about 4-6 years old, but fits well on a head up to approx. 57 cm!
Head circumference approx. 22x2 cm, stretches up to approx. 30x2 cm.
Definitely more comfortable for a smaller head, but can be worn by an adult for a short time!
Not an authentic retro hat!
